Business By Technology is now one of the UK’s top resellers of Konica Minolta multifunctional devices and production printers. We work closely with our clients and partners to produce digital imaging solutions that bring enhanced productivity through technically superior equipment, quality application Management and the finest service standards.
Business By Technology was established in 1995, and moved to new-build premises in Coventry in 2005. This houses our Showroom, Warehouse and Distribution Centre, Call Centre, Education Centre and Head Office.
From here we deliver the consultancy (including assistance with arranging finance), machines, software, installation, training and after-sales support to meet the digital imaging requirements of well over 1,000 clients. Many of them have been with us since we started.

Recent growth has included the expansion of service and support provision to deal with evermore powerful Konica Minolta multifunctional office printers, bizhub PRO production printers and document imaging and archiving systems. We have a new fleet of cars and vans to enable rapid response service calls.
Our showroom enables prospective customers to try out our office-based systems; and arrangements with existing customers allow real-world demonstrations of our production printers. We try and provide every resource you need to make fully informed decisions about these major investments.
