  Field Service Technicians

We always aim for a first-time fix. Our highly skilled Technicians are trained to deal with every model that we stock, with regular updates. They carry laptops to handle firmware revisions and diagnostics, and hold extensive in-car spare parts.

Where a part is not held by the Technician, then it will be delivered from our warehouse and fitted the next working day. It will almost certainly be in stock, thanks to our automated stock replenishment system. In the unthinkable event that we are out of stock, the part will be rapidly sent out from Konica Minolta’s Essex base.

Our purpose-designed Call Centre is devoted to customer support, acting as a vital part of the Field Technician team. Our Agents are able to access both customer details and equipment service records at dedicated workstations. A Technician is also on hand to assist customers.
